Dear backers,
The shipment to America has arrived at my US warehouse in Kentucky. Shipping to all backers will begin next week. Canadian backers will have to wait a little longer; their games will soon be on their way to the boardgamebliss warehouse near the border. Boardgamebliss will ship them as soon as they get them.
Shipping to all the backers in East Asia, Australia and New Zealand will start during the next days, too.
I still wait for the shipment to Europe. But it will be only a matter of days until it arrive at my warehouse in Austria. Then shipping to Europe will start. The UK backers have to wait a little longer because I will transfer their games to firestorm games which will be responsible for the fullfilment in the UK.
For those who backed 18ESP AND 1807 - you will receive your games together. I am aware that this will save me some postage, but that this will be offset by unforeseen customs fees.

When will you get your copy?

Dear backers,
The palettes with my games are still at customs in China. Nowadays customs is a very elaborate issue. But now at least I know the dates when my games will arrive at my warehouses in the US and Europe. Here is an overview when you might expect your game:
USA
Estimated time of departure from China: 09/30/25
Estimated time of arrival in Nashville, TN: 10/31/25.
Estimated time of arrival at my warehouse in Corbin, KY: 5 to 7 days later.
Estimated time of arrival at US backers: another week later, i.e. mid of November
Canada
Like shippint to the USA plus three or four weeks. From Corbin, KY a bunch of games go the the warehouse of boardgamebliss in Niagara Falls, NY. From there it will picked up to Canada. After another two to four weeks all Canadian backers will have their game in their hands, i.e. end of November.
Europe
Estimated time of departure from China: 10/07/25
Estimated time of arrival in Hamburg, Germany: 10/31/25.
Estimated time of arrival at my warehouse in Austria: 10 days later.
Estimated time of arrival at European backers: another week later, i.e. second half of November
United Kingdom:
Like shipping to Europe plus some additional weeks. From Austria the games are shipped to the UK to my shipping agent there, and they will send them to you, the backers. Since there is another customs hurdle to take I can only estimate when the games will arrive: Beginning of December.
Asia, Australia, New Zealand
Shipping will start at the end of October, directly from China to your home address.
South America
I will ship them after they have arrived in Europe directly to you.

Dear backers,
I was told that the palettes with 1807 are already on the way. But customs formalities are difficult these days. Therefore, my games are still at Chinese customs. It will probably take another two weeks before they are released. This applies to both deliveries to Europe and the US. Then they'll be at sea for a few weeks before they arrive at my warehouses.
Because the game fair in Essen, Germany, is already taking place from October 23rd to 26th, I had 48 copies shipped to me in Austria by air freight. That cost a pretty penny. In return, I can present 18ESP at the fair in Essen, for which I've already rented a booth.
The seven backers who voted for "Local Pickup" will get their games in Essen.
I apologize that all the other backers won't get their hands on the game until later. However, I can promise that the wait will be worth it.

Dear backers,
I finally got my hands on a physical copy of the game. The review copy sent from my manufacturer arrived yesterday. See all the components in this picture. It really looks great!
There was a little delay of two weeks because some tokens had the wrong color. But now the shipping process has started. It will take about two months until the palettes arrive at my warehouses in Europe and USA.
I will have some copies with me at the game fair in Essen, Germany. So who pledged for local pickup will receive their copies there.

Dear backers,
All the files were checked and rechecked - A big thank you to Ian for going over and over the files to fix even the smallest mistakes. Production began a few weeks ago. I will inform you as soon as the game is finished. I hope it will be possible to publish a picture.
