I owe you new information about the shipping progress:
Shipping should really start now. The people in my US warehouse were busy with inventory and out of order due to illness. But I was told yesterday that "this is rolling now". I hope you will get your games soon.
The palettes with all the UK games will leave my warehouse in Austria today.

I am very sorry that most of the shipping is delayed.
It took me a while until I received information from my warehouse. I I think they have staffing problems. Finally I got this message: "We are currently waiting for boxes to arrive for this project and some others. With the delay in receiving materials, and our current project queue being shifted by the delivery time, Holidays, and influx of day to day sales, I believe our team is scheduled to get this project rolling around January 5th." I am very sorry that I don't have better news.
Canadian backers have to wait even longer because they depend on the US shipment.
Customs is responsible here. The shipment is still stuck there. I was promised that it will be clearified on Monday. As soon as it is in my warehouse shipping will start, so it could start on Monday or Tuesday.
Backers in the UK will have to wait longer because first the games have to be shipped from Austria to England. Which should happen this year.
Fortunately all the games were already shipped, many backers received them already.
Again my apologies for the very long waiting time. Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping. I only know that shipping is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive, and I ask for your understanding.

Unfortunately, all three of my warehouses are experiencing delays.
The games have been in my warehouse in Kentucky for almost two weeks. A data transfer error caused a delay. Shipping will begin within the next few days.
Here too, the games have been ready for shipping for some time. Apparently there was a shortage of shipping boxes. But I was promised that shipping would begin next week.
The cargo has already arrived in Hamburg and is on its way to Vienna. They should arrive in Vienna on December 15th, shipping will take place immediately afterwards.
As soon as the shipping to you starts I will tell you by another update.
